Nestled within the Anamalai Tiger Reserve in Valparai, Tamil Nadu, Greenland Estate is a hidden gem in a tea-dominant region. Here, the ripest cherries are meticulously pulped and soaked in water for 72 hours, then slow-dried for over 20 days. This careful process creates a beautifully sweet, washed coffee with a distinct character and refined flavor.
