We try to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Packages shipped by Anecdote Coffee Roasters are not insured against loss or damage. You need to check the parcel / packet while accepting the same.

Domestic:

Depending on the availability of the products, few orders might take more than 10-12 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time. For the orders intended to be received before a specific event or a festival, where specific delivery time-frame is important, customers are advised to place the order at least 45 days before the expected delivery date. For urgent deliveries kindly contact us before placing the order. We dispatch the orders through pickrr. To get the ordered product in time, kindly ensure that your PIN code is clearly mentioned in the address.
